WHY IS BUSH "RE-MAKING" CLINTON'S IMAGE?

UPDATE: Did Bush pull a fast one? Will having CLINTON coordinate the U.S. AID COALITION for the Tsunami victims further his agenda of making the U.N. irrelevant?
BitsBlog: Elder Bush, Clinton to Lead Relief Fundraising Efforts Politics From the REAL world

Since the Election of '04, BUSH seems like he can't do enough to "re-make" Bill Clinton's image. From lauding him at the CLINTON Library Opening to putting him front-and-center on U.S. Tsunami relief work, BUSH can't do enough to promote and praise BILL CLINTON.

The question I have to ask myself is: WHY? The answer is easy from the Clinton perspective: The public forgets about Monica, the impeachment, all the dirty deeds Clinton did as President AND sets him up as a PRIME CANDIDATE to take over the post of U.N. Secretary General when the time comes... As an added benefit, HILLARY can ride these coat-tails all the way to the Democratic Presidential bid in 2008!

But, what good will this CLINTON WHITEWASH bring BUSH or the Republicans? Can someone tell me???
