Angola May Shut Isolation Ward Over Virus
The Angolan health ministry may shut down the isolation ward of an Angolan hospital treating victims of the Ebola-like Marburg virus to stem the spread of the disease, an Angolan health official said Monday.

Deadly virus, anger take hold in Angola
The outbreak of Marburg hemorrhagic fever, a close relative of the Ebola virus, is stalking the northern Angola province of Uige, a 10-hour drive on broken roads from the capital, Luanda. Now, five or six people on average are dying each day from the virus, one of the most virulent pathogens known to infect humans.

Marburg haemorrhagic fever, Angola - 214 cases, 194 deaths

As of 9 April, 214 cases of Marburg haemorrhagic fever have been reported in Angola. Of these, 194 have died. Uige Province remains the epicentre of the outbreak, accounting for almost 90% of the cases and deaths.

Looked up the 2nd Season finale of the Millennium in the archives. Millennium did indeed use the Marburg virus in their 2nd season finale. In fact, in the episode, there is reference to the fact that the outbreak happening on the show is being caused by some Russian bio-engineered variant of the bug... Interesting...
