Good news no matter how you look at this one... although I am sick of catching the #3 guys... How about #1 and #2?:
Pakistan has arrested senior Libyan al-Qaeda suspect Abu Faraj al-Libbi, the government says.

The US had put up a bounty of $5m on the head of Libbi, who is said to have been third in al-Qaeda's hierarchy.

US President George W Bush described the reported capture as "a critical victory in the war on terror".

"His arrest removes a dangerous enemy who was a direct threat to America and for those who love freedom."

Libbi was alleged to have been al-Qaeda's number three after Osama Bin Laden and Egyptian Ayman al-Zawahri.
